ABOUT US

Drive Force Consultants has 12 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience. Our Consultants have a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to engage and satisfy the customer. Drive Force Consultants is not a typical "fly-by-night" Consulting company that charges an exorbitant amount of money for minimal time, effort, and results. Our mission is to work on the front lines with your team members helping them become effective, profitable, and customer-focused. Our processes and forward-thinking style of training is guaranteed to produce results. Ultimately, we are committed to creating the team members you've always wanted rather than leave you with the employees you've always had.

TEAM MEMBERS VS. EMPLOYEES

Employees don't have "success" on their mind when at work. It's easy to get caught up in the motions turning work into just a routine.

What would you consider "success" in your career?

1. Making lots of money?

2. Getting recognition?

3. Best the best in your field?

When asked, employees will respond with money and/or recognition. However, true team members know that being the best in their field will bring money, recognition, and ultimately is for the greater good of the team.

Drive Force Consultants' goal is to create success for any employee you have by

transforming them into a team member. We won't just write processes and leave them behind for your team to figure out. While the fundamentals of customer service remain, there is no universal service process. We will work on the front lines with your team, then create a process that is specific to your store considering any variables that may exist.

There must be a culture of teamwork in the automotive service industry. All positions in Service and Parts depend on one another. This must be promoted from the top down. You will never hear us call your staff "employees" simply because we want to cultivate the mindset of a team within your store. It's not to say that having employees is bad, but here's what you get with an employee...

"That's not my job"

"They don't pay me enough to do that"

"It'll be here tomorrow"

"I just didn't have time to do it"

"We've always done it this way"

Employees will give you excuses while team members will give you solutions. Employees will tell you why they can't do it while team members will tell you how they did it. Get the picture? You should be able to discern rather quickly who your employees are versus your team members. Employees are there just for a job and paycheck. Team members are truly passionate about what they do. No task is too big for a team member if it benefits the company and customer. Employees have no interest in the needs of the customer. Drive Force Consultants will help you find your team members and train your employees to be more like them.

Identifying your team members and developing your employees is paramount in transforming your dealership into a place people actually want to work and that customers want to visit. Team members will create a customer experience that is far superior to what employees offer. Just ask yourself the following...

"If there were a mirror image of my dealership across the street that sold the same cars, service, parts, all at the same price, had the same amenities, business hours, and creature comforts, why would a customer come visit us instead of the dealer across the street?"

If you had to think about an answer for more than a few seconds, you should let Drive Force Consultants work with your team.
